Pre-Qualification Checklist
The following pre-qualification packages and credit information must be mailed, not faxed, directly to Rehab Funding.
- Credit Application (Use our downloadable form or Fannie Mae Application)
- Investor Profile (use our downloadable form)
- Two (2) Years Tax returns and/or W-2's
- Three (3) Most Recent Months Bank Statements (checking, savings, money market, stocks. Do not include retirement accounts)
- Two (2) most recent pay stubs
- Copy of current Drivers License
- Completed property spreadsheet for current investment properties (use our downloadable form)
- Signed Sales Agreement
- Comprehensive list of repairs
- A current “Subject to Repairs” Broker Pricing Opinion, (BPO) to include local comps sold within the past 6 months.
- $100 Processing Fee (Add $50 for each additional partner/co-applicant) made out to:
